Meet The Chef: George Dyer

George is a budding young chef that has a passion for both food and drink. He wanted to create a place where people could enjoy both top notch cocktails as well as some banging food!

George has worked in a variety of different kitchens throughout the southern half of the country, including Michelin stared 'Le Manoir' in Oxfordshire, under the watchful eyes of Raymond Blanc. 'It was an honor and a privilege to work for such a fantastic chef' says George. He goes on to say that 'they were such a great team up there, and I learnt so much in such a short space of time'.

George then moved to London where he completed an intense course at Leiths Cookery School, which then led to experience in other great places like Chiltern Firehouse in Marylebone.

He has since been working alongside critically acclaimed and award winning chef, Claude Compton for the last 4 years, working as his sous chef. George said that working with Claude has 'really opened my eyes to loads of new flavours and techniques', going on to say that Claude has been 'amazingly helpful' and 'encouraging' with the new project, Tipple & Taste.

George is now the Founder and sole director of the budding new start up, and between him and his amazing T&T team, we are sure you will enjoy every event you attend.
