There were plenty of drinks flowing and food being devoured at the launch of the new Tipple & Taste winter pop-up.
Food and drink fans joined us at Pilango Cider in Fulham where we served our brand new menu of canapes, all of which carefully complemented each flavour in our specially crafted cocktails.
One of our most popular cocktails was the Pilango Hopper which used a cider brewed by Pilango, gin, lemon and a stick of burnt lavender.
Guests also tucked into our canape sharing boards where they could try out seven different options on offer.
Pilango pulled pork with burnt apple ketchup and crackling crumb, Molasses beef short rib with croustade and salsa verde, and beetroot cured gravadlax were all big requests on the night!
"Our fave cocktails were the Pilango Hopper and the Festive Fig and the Tequila Cinnamon Sour," one of our first customers Kirsty told us.
"All the canapes were on point but the pulled pork was the highlight and stand out for us!"
Our chef George Dyer was hands on in the kitchen whipping up a storm and was able to greet some of our guests as they enjoyed their tipples and tastes.
"It was great to have such a busy night for the launch and see people enjoying Tipple & Taste's new menu!
"I'd like to thank everyone for coming down and supporting a local business and for all the great feedback. Can't wait for round two as well as working on the menu for the Christmas special on December 13th."
