'For me, the foundation of Tipple & Taste is coming together at the table like family;

no television or other distractions,

just good company and top-notch food.'

'With my Italian heritage, I was first inspired by food cultures as a young boy, from across Europe. 

I've trained in a number of world-class kitchens including Michelin starred Le Manoir in Oxfordshire under the watchful eye of Raymond Blanc, as well as the Pig Hotel group. 

I moved to the city, trained further at Leith's, which led me to more great places to be chef at London's Chiltern Firehouse, Amuse Bouche, The Tommy Tucker and The Hollywood Arms.

 

Tipple & Taste prides itself on high quality small plates of seasonal and locally sourced produced, paired with our bespoke and unique cocktail menu. I wanted to create a place where friends come together to enjoy and share.'

For now, we're delivering our Signature Boxes and working with hospitality charities to help our incredible industry get back on it's feet.
